By uploading Your Content, you grant SoundConnect a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store, reproduce, and distribute Your Content on our platform
• Publicly perform and display Your Content
• Promote and market the SoundConnect service using Your Content
• Make adaptations necessary to provide the service (e.g., format conversion)

3.3 Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us at copyright@soundconnect.com with:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work
2. Location of the infringing material
3. Your contact information
4. A statement of good faith belief
5. Your electronic signature

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

4.1 Content Restrictions

• Upload content that infringes any third-party rights
• Share sexually explicit, violent, or hateful content
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Share personal information of others without consent
• Upload content that promotes illegal activities

4.2 Platform Misuse

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated systems

5. Payments & Subscriptions

5.1 Premium Features

Certain features of SoundConnect may require payment ("Premium Features"). By subscribing to Premium Features, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees

5.2 Subscription Terms

Subscriptions automatically renew every 3 months unless canceled at least 1-2 months before the end of the current period.

5.3 Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@soundconnect.com within 5 days of purchase for refund requests.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months.
